Surabaya Zoo

Surabaya zoo is an interesting place in Surabaya,east java province,in Indonesia.
The Surabaya zoo is located at jalan setail no 1 Surabaya,you can find it easily on the map,because that place is near from wonokromo station and in front of surabaya Zoo there is statue of the symbol of Surabaya.The sura (fish) and Baya ( crocodile).It is an amazing tourist object to visit.KBS (Shortly of Surabaya Zoo , Commonly people called it as KBS)has area of about 15 Hectares and stood since 1916.KBS surrounded bt trees and the midlleof the zoo there are river.So you can imagine how that palce is cool.
The zoo has rich vegetation and thousand of animals,the class consist of Mammal,reptile,aves,and pisces.The mammals class consist of Tapir,ceetah,baboon,camel,Zebra,black bear,Leaf monkey,giraffe,elephant,Sumatran tiger,Horse.The reptile at Surabaya zoo consist of snake it is my favorite animal,komodo dragon,and crocodile.According to research,komodo dragon are very interesting , these are the biggest lizard in the world.They can grow to a length of about 4 meters and weight of 150 kg.The Aves class consist of Jalak Bali,Pelican,ostrich,besides that surabaya zoo has diferent function like education.Usually many students come to Surabaya zoo for doing research.Not just all, KBS also become protection place.
In Surabaya zoo there are many facilities,such as playground,fresh water aquarium,ride animals,circus by animals,ride water bycle,and many more.But all of facilities are not free,you have to pay if you want to join them.it cost Rp 3000 for fresh water aquarium,and Rp.5000 to all of them facilities.So surabaya zoo is very interesting place to visit.
